Job summary

Cemex US in Houston is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to plan and execute multiple multi-million dollar projects at terminals and cement plants. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and change orders, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

A PMI PMP certification and a strong background in construction or engineering are required, with bilingual English/Spanish valued for site communications.

Qualifications

• PMI's PMP certification is required or highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 15+ years of project management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in cement or heavy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million dollar projects from pre-construction to post-construction.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change proposals; prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with terminals, plants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor project performance.
