Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare estimates and draft schedules for mechanical service projects in our Atlanta area office. You will clarify project scopes, identify replacement equipment, and assess risks across installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

The role involves coordinating cost reviews with sales and operations, supporting customer service, and developing subcontractor scopes to ensure seamless trade integration.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of relevant experience in sales, estimating, technical field support, or design engineering for building mechanical systems.
• HVAC maintenance and repair knowledge, equipment replacement research ability, and collaboration and project-management skills; PMP, PE, journeyman credentials preferred.
