Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking Senior Project Managers to lead mechanical construction projects nationwide across data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. You will drive projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Piping, or Process Piping projects.
• Proven experience on $15M+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Ensure successful delivery, financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Direct project teams and field personnel; manage subcontractors and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers and trade partners.
• Review contracts, changes, RFIs and project risks.
• Support design-build and design-assist projects.

About the Role

We are working with several leading mechanical contractors across the United States who are looking to hire experienced Senior Project Managers to support major growth across Data Centers, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Commercial, and Industrial projects.

This position will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from award to completion
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and project schedules
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and trade partners
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project risks
• Support Design-Build and Design Assist projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
• Experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical Piping, or Process Piping projects
• Proven experience on $15M+ projects
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills
• Experience leading client-facing meetings and project teams
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Industrial, or Commercial experience preferred
