Job summary

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while coordinating with TEi and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Experience with feedwater heaters, condensers, fired heaters, OTSG, and waste heat boilers preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information to various audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to achieve successful project completion by collaborating with TEi, its vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Compile and present an accurate monthly budget reconciliation to the executive management team.
• Ensure the organization remains aligned with the established baseline schedule.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on objectives.
• Deliver regular updates on progress and project status to TEi stakeholders and the client.
• Act as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer.
• Oversee the change order process to verify scope changes and enhance revenue generation.
