Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• 1. Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential construction projects.

• 3. Developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• 1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• 2. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• 3. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and devise effective solutions.
• 4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• 5. Expertise in scheduling, with the ability to develop comprehensive project timelines and monitor progress towards milestones.
• 6. Proficiency in relevant software, such as Procore
• 7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 8. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
• 9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• 10. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
