Job summary

RAM Construction is seeking a Project Manager to provide the highest level of service and quality throughout preconstruction, construction, and closeout for commercial projects. You will lead the construction team from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience with a commercial GC.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects in commercial construction.
• Working knowledge of all principalsof construction, methods, techniques, print reading, contracting, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Full project responsibility in all areas of construction and construction management.
• Must be able to perform pre-construction activities including, estimating, bidding, value engineering and scheduling.
• Manage project scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation.
• Responsible for project quality control and quality assurance that construction meets or exceeds the plans, specifications, codes, and approved shop drawings.
• Responsible for change order estimating, tracking and commitments.
• Project documentation, correspondence, records, paperwork, shop drawings, submittals, procurements schedule, RFIs etc.
• Open communication with management.
• Train and develop team members for overall company growth.
• Other duties as required.

• ProficientcomputerskillsinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,projectmanagementsoftware(Procore),accountingcostmanagementsoftware(Procore),andschedulingsoftware.
• 100%detailed/hands-onknowledgeofprojectscope.
• Experiencewithrunningmultipleprojects,preferablywithinRAMConstruction’scoremarkets.
• Excellentlisteningskillsandstrongcommunicationskills.
• Abilitytocreateandsupportteammorale.
