The role requires coordinating with operations, IT, engineering, and leadership to ensure on-time, in-scope projects with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field.
PMP certification and 3–6 years of project management experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or IT project delivery.
Experience leading IT projects involving WMS, OMS, ERP, or ecommerce integrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the central point of coordination between IT, Operations, Accounting, and other teams, translating priorities into a shared project plan.
Run regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder check-ins; maintain project documentation (charters, RAID logs, status reports).
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and resource contention before blockers.
Establish and improve lightweight project management standards, templates, and governance.
Track project health (scope, schedule, budget, risk) and escalate when at risk.
