Job summary

Navitas Systems LLC, an East Penn company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to advance next-gen lithium battery system applications and align with East Penn’s roadmap. You will lead multiple complex projects, drive planning, execution, and reporting, and mentor junior PMs while collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in project management or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects through Navitas Product Development APQP process.
• Plan, develop, and execute project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Support phase-gate reviews with leadership; enable go/no-go decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope, timing, and cost.
• Drive milestone reviews and resolve open issues with disciplined execution.
• Provide executive-level project summaries and presentations.
• Track revenue, costs, and variances against budget.
• Coordinate with sustaining teams and leadership on resource planning.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO improvements.
