Job summary

Navitas Systems, an East Penn company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to advance next-generation lithium battery system applications and align with the corporate strategy. You will drive project planning, execution, and financial performance while fostering collaboration across engineering and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership development, PMO support, and mentoring junior PMs; a strong track record in delivering on-time, within-budget results is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in project management or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent projects through Navitas Product Development APQP process.
• Plan, develop, and execute project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Support regular phase-gate reviews with leadership with go/no-go decisions.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while meeting scope, timing, and cost objectives.
• Lead milestone reviews and ensure disciplined execution of PM methods.
• Deliver executive-level updates, including project summaries and presentations.
• Track and report project revenue, costs, and variances against budget.
• Be a liaison between sustaining teams and leadership functions such as resource planning and end-of-life strategy development.
