Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing development.
• Proven experience managing LIHTC projects (ground-up or substantial rehab).
• Strong understanding of LIHTC financing process, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing developments, with a primary focus on LIHTC projects.
• Oversee project feasibility, entitlements, financing coordination, design development, and construction.
• Work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with finance teams on LIHTC applications, closings, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including LIHTC compliance.
• Support the acquisition and due diligence process as needed.
