Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.
• Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
• Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

Responsibilities

• Direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) with larger scope, valuation and complexity and larger teams.
• Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work.
