Job summary

Bohler’s Orlando and Tampa offices seek a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary planning and site development projects in landscape architecture, planning, and land development. You will guide strategy through approvals, coordinating with clients and teams across Central Florida, shaping project direction and performance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (ASLA) required.
• 10+ years of experience in private-sector landscape architecture and land development.

Responsibilities

• Establish planning and landscape architecture direction on multidisciplinary projects.
• Manage development of drawings, exhibits, calculations, and supporting materials.
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and staff utilization.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, reviewing agencies, and project partners.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and support construction administration.
• Lead client management, ensuring alignment, coordination, and satisfaction.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Prepare and review proposals, scopes, and fee structures.
• Contribute to business development through networking and relationship-building.
• Develop and mentor staff through ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with standards.
