Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related engineering)
• P.E. license in Tennessee
• 8+ years of experience managing substantial land development projects
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices
• Proven ability to develop new client partnerships and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team for client projects
• Prepare proposals and client agreements
• Develop trusting professional relationships with clients and public officials
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations
• Mentor team members and advance professional development
• Lead design, plan production and permitting for land development projects
• Contribute to company design and production standards
• Be open to new methods and approaches
• Seek guidance from leaders and engage in community/professional associations
