Assertive Professionals is hiring a Project Manager (ISR Acquisitions) in Springfield, VA to support a National Security customer. The role requires in-depth understanding of ISR operations and strong communication with senior government officials.

It is an onsite position with comprehensive benefits and a focus on security compliance. The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI clearance, is willing to undergo a CI polygraph, and brings 6+ years of program management experience in DoD/NGA or IC

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Willingness to submit to CI Polygraph.
• 8 years of total work experience (7/Masters, 6/Doctorate).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or engineering related field.
• 6 years of specialized experience with NGA, DoD, or other IC Agencies acquisition processes.
• 6 years of demonstrated program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support National Security ISR acquisitions and program management efforts.
• Collaborate with senior government officials and foreign dignitaries.
• Lead project execution in a government/customer facility environment.
• Ensure compliance with security and facility-access requirements.
