Job summary

Continua Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from planning through close-out in a full-time, on-site role in the Midwest. You will own project plans, schedule resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and trades to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with furniture solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience in project management or project management support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or an industry-related field.
• Knowledge of commercial furniture solutions preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills with clear written and verbal ability.
• High-level analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm focus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Plan and Lead Project Team.
• Time, Budget, and Risk Management.
• Maintain onsite presence and attend OAC meetings.
• Create, maintain, and execute master project schedules and plans.
• Establish project budgets for services.
• Plan delivery dates and sequencing for orders.
• Coordinate pre-installation meetings and monitor installation progress.
• Drive timely invoicing and deliver close-out documents.
• Evaluate and close out projects with 100% completion.
