Job description

Senior Project Manager, Integrated Campaigns

Future-Able is supporting the search for a Senior Project Manager, Integrated Campaigns on behalf of UNICEF USA.

Base pay range: $81,850 – $106,400 per year.

This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-level integrated marketing campaigns that support brand, fundraising, and advocacy objectives in service of UNICEF’s global mission to improve outcomes for children worldwide. Serving as the operational anchor for complex, multi-channel campaigns, the Senior Project Manager ensures strategic alignment, production rigor, and on-time delivery across internal teams and external agency partners.

Organization Overview

UNICEF USA (“UUSA”) relentlessly pursues a more equitable world for every child, upholding the rights of all children and empowering every child, everywhere. We support the fundamental belief that children should have a voice and role in shaping their futures and the futures of their communities.

Over eight decades, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has built an unprecedented global support system for the world’s children and has taken on the biggest, seemingly impossible challenges facing children. UNICEF works day in and day out to deliver the essentials that give every child an equitable chance in life: health care and immunizations, safe water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief, and more.

UNICEF USA advances the global mission of UNICEF by rallying the American public to support the world’s most vulnerable children.

UNICEF USA is organized under the laws of New York State as a not-for-profit corporation and is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, governed by an independent, non-salaried Board of Directors.

Position Overview

UNICEF USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Integrated Campaigns to oversee the planning, governance, and execution of enterprise-level integrated marketing campaigns across brand, performance, advocacy, and fundraising.

Reporting to the Director, Integrated Campaigns, this role manages the end-to-end integrated campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and briefing through creative production, channel execution, measurement, and post-campaign reporting.

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical cross-functional role, aligning stakeholders across Brand, Performance, Advocacy, Marketing & Communications, internal creative teams, Centers of Excellence, and UNICEF USA’s agency of record. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for integrated campaigns, owning prioritization, escalation, and coordination to ensure campaigns deliver against audience-centric goals and KPIs.

The ideal candidate brings strong integrated project management experience, agency partnership expertise, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, integrated omni-channel campaigns with multiple parallel workstreams across Philanthropy, Brand, Technology, Finance, Strategy, Creative, Legal, Data, COE, and PMO teams
  • Own and govern the enterprise integrated campaign portfolio calendar, including prioritization, sequencing, and quarterly planning aligned to strategic objectives and capacity
  • Build and manage detailed project plans covering campaign kickoffs, briefs, resourcing, timelines, stakeholder feedback, approvals, and final deliverables
  • Partner closely with Direct Response and Marketing Integration & Operations leads to ensure alignment between business-as-usual activity, global UNICEF campaigns, and enterprise initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-channel and agency status meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, risks, next steps, and accountability
  • Lead post-campaign debriefs and reporting, incorporating insights into future planning cycles
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, production workflows, and operational processes
  • Codify and continuously improve campaign playbooks, processes, and feedback loops
  • Maintain campaign documentation, creative briefs, and decision logs in shared knowledge systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency scopes related to integrated campaigns, managing approvals for scope changes and resource requirements
  • Partner with Finance to manage media spend alignment with agency scope agreements and support contract and budget reconciliation as needed
  • Facilitate internal and agency strategy sessions to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and integrated execution
  • Lead development of Quarterly Business Review materials with agency and internal stakeholders
  • Support due diligence and onboarding processes for new vendors in partnership with Finance and Legal
  • Use performance data and insights to support real-time pivots and continuous campaign improvement
  • Provide functional leadership and direction for integrated campaign project managers across Brand, Performance, COE, and Technology PMO teams
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and guide teams through evolving processes and priorities
  • Support senior leadership decision-making through clear communication, structured recommendations, and transparent reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Experience partnering closely with senior leadership to achieve strategic and operational objectives
  • Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a bias toward clarity, accountability, and results
