Position Description

The Manager, Digital Marketing, helps ensure integrated digital fundraising campaigns are effectively planned, executed, reviewed, and optimized across email, mobile, and paid media to support acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue growth, and audience development across the full funnel.

Reporting into the Managing Director, Digital Fundraising, this role supports the strategic implementation of approved campaign plans and creative briefs by working closely with internal team members and agency partners to keep campaigns aligned, on time, and informed by performance insights. Develop and maintain campaign tracker and quarterly planning sessions and weekly syncs to ensure alignment and collaboration across internal and external partners.
  • Develop working knowledge of email and mobile programs and processes to provide cross-functional support during high-volume campaign periods, emergency activations, PTO coverage, and moments when paid media and owned-channel fundraising efforts need close coordination.
  • Support the email and mobile lead in managing the owned-channel fundraising calendar, coordinating with the agency to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to approved creative briefs, and integrated with broader digital fundraising priorities.

  • Monitor paid media performance trends, including pacing, return on advertising spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and campaign-level results, flagging risks and opportunities early.

  • Assist with content and creative strategy implementation for digital fundraising efforts, collaborating with Marketing & Communications to map and enhance full funnel supporter journey, ensuring messaging and content across brand and performance are cohesive and mutually reinforcing.
  • Contribute to website conversion rate optimization efforts in close partnership with the Managing Director, Digital Fundraising, applying user behavior insights and A/B testing to improve supporter flow and digital conversion while maintaining brand alignment.
