Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 25+ years’ experience in roadway/inspection or NICET IV in Transportation Engineering Technology preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites; able to navigate rough terrain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate testing and inspection reports daily per procedures.
• Review plans, specs, and drawings before performing duties.
• Coordinate field tests on materials/constructed work using AASHTO/ASTM methods with calibrated equipment.
• Lead and train less experienced workers; assign priority tasks.
