Job summary

Dennis Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead design-build food and beverage facilities across the US and Canada. You will manage scope, cost and schedule from concept through start-up, coordinating design, engineering and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong client communication, rigorous planning, and a willingness to travel extensively (50%+ overnight).

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• 4+ years in design-build, GC with multiple in-house engineering disciplines.
• 4+ years on MEP industrial construction projects, preferably food/bev or pharma.
• 4+ years in building construction, scheduling, estimating and safety.
• 4+ years as a Project Manager with proven delivery success.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and design software.
• Familiarity with sanitary environments a plus.
• Able to travel overnight 50%+ of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through commissioning and start-up.
• Develop scope, budget, schedule and critical path elements.
• Prepare RFIs and purchase/work authorizations.
• Maintain client SharePoint site and project records.
• Coordinate design teams, permits and approvals.
• Manage bid processes and supplier invoices.
• Develop preliminary procurement and cost estimates.
• Produce monthly project reports and lessons learned.
• Oversee on-site supervision and cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate client and 3rd party design reviews.
