Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. You will manage complex projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating owners, designers, and field teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role demands 10+ years of PM experience in industrial construction, strong design-build and preconstruction skills, and expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and client management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in industrial construction.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage.
• Proven track record managing projects > $10M.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy.
• Mentor project engineers and junior project managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover.
