Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager in Peoria, IL to oversee projects from inception to completion in industrial or commercial sectors. You will lead multi-project efforts, manage budgets and estimates, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to maintain high standards of delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience with estimating and bidding, a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), and strong Excel proficiency to support data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager with commercial or industrial experience, including estimating and bidding.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas required).
• Mechanical engineering thinking or aptitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management from A-Z.
• Manage project budgets and estimates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Establish and maintain customer relations.
• Conduct site visits for project assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of projects.
