Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale Heavy Highway and Infrastructure projects, ensuring full lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 10+ years of PM experience in heavy civil construction, and direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar). CPM scheduling and cost control expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Direct experience with public agency delivery (DOT, transit authority, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for large-scale projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, agency representatives, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, coordinating logistics across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure compliance with agency specifications and reporting requirements.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers; lead project meetings.
