Job summary

Richard Group, a leading general contractor in Pittsburgh, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead day-to-day project execution across complex healthcare and federal programs.

You will oversee cost, schedule, and quality, coordinating with owners, subs, and the home office to deliver on time and within budget. You will drive risk assessment, manage multi-discipline teams, and ensure compliance with project controls, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 10–20 years of experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
• Experience in federal sector projects.
• Experience in healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project start-up, execution, close-out and punch list.
• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and supervision.
• Communicate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality control.
• Plan quality processes, pre-activity meetings, material management and incident reports.
• Write and review RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Lead internal and owner project meetings; manage content and BIC.
