Project Manager I, IPCM (Implementations, Projects, & Change Management)

Role: Project Manager I, IPCM (Remote)

Full time, United States, Canada

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering various projects including customer implementations, changes, agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes. You will primarily handle medium complexity projects based on their scale and scope.

Responsibilities:

1. Leverage regional and local resources across departments to support projects.
2. Follow IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting standards.
3. Manage project risks effectively.
4. Meet requirements of the CSS IPCM Competency Matrix.
5. Coordinate local, regional, and global projects, possibly involving multiple countries simultaneously.
6. Understand client reporting requirements, data flows, and end-to-end agency operations, fostering collaboration across teams.
7. Utilize proven project management methodologies (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to manage all project phases.

About you:

• Proven experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical skills in GDS preferred.
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

The salary range for this position in applicable US jurisdictions is $60,000 to $77,000, depending on experience and location.
