We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of marketing projects from start to finish while maintaining strong client relationships and managing internal teams.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Freitag Marketing, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You’ll lead timelines, communication, and delivery across multiple marketing services including SEO, paid media, content, design, and web development.

This is a client-facing, strategy-driven role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

This position is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Keene, NH office.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and timely project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive recommendations to improve client satisfaction and campaign performance.
• Manage multiple projects across all departments (SEO, paid media, content, design, and development), ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and project scopes are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead client meetings to provide updates on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in SEO and paid media, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven project management.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.

• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and performance tracking, especially in SEO and paid media campaigns.
