Job summary

Stratus is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to oversee multi‑discipline engineering retrofit projects from initiation to closeout. You will organize resources, develop execution plans, and manage client expectations across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management, with experience in pulp & paper, refining, hydrocarbons, or chemicals. Travel to domestic sites is expected; licensed engineers preferred. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience on capital projects or related industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of critical path scheduling techniques using MS Project and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and manage multi‑discipline engineering activities and resources.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules with dependencies and critical path.
• Develop and maintain project plans addressing scope, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement response strategies.
• Monitor progress, cost, risks, and quality; provide status forecasts and corrective actions.
• Facilitate timely deliverables and ensure proper project documentation and handover.
