Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC. seeks a Project Manager for its Mt. Pleasant, PA site to own high-voltage service orders from start to finish.

The role requires on-site presence, coordinating schedules, maintaining docs, and keeping customers informed throughout delivery. Strong organization and communication are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma with 3+ years in PM or a Bachelor's in business/engineering with 2+ years of experience, plus SAP and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in project order management or PM.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align details and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update milestones in enterprise systems.
• Serve as main contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee backlog management and reporting of delivery and revenue.
• Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects.
• Share lessons learned to drive continual improvement in project execution.
• Analyze project data and report progress using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
