Job summary

Spicer Group is seeking a Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead civil transportation design and construction projects in Georgia, with focus on highways and roadways. You will mentor a team of Transportation Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, client relations, quality control, and collaboration in a growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients.
• PE license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil transportation infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Lead project teams through planning and design.
• Prepare proposals with scope, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Develop project design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and mentor project team members.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
