Job summary

LS3P is seeking a Project Manager for its Higher Education team in Columbia to lead complex design efforts from concept through construction.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure design excellence while maintaining a strong client relationship and project profitability.

Experience with universities and a solid knowledge of codes and LEED is preferred, with Revit proficiency valued to drive BIM coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with a NAAB-accredited degree.
• 10+ years of design experience preferred.
• Experience in the Higher Education market preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications and strategic project plans.
• Manage contracts, billing, AR, and project close-out.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, scopes, and proposals.
• Coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines and teams.
