A leading Project Management Advisory & Services firm is seeking a Project Manager in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing high-voltage transmission and substation projects and familiarity with regulated environments. This role encompasses project leadership from initiation to completion, requiring strong skills in stakeholder management, cost management, and compliance. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 – $185,000 and is strictly onsite with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing high-voltage transmission and/or substation capital projects.
• Experience within regulated Investor-Owned Utility (IOU) environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation capital projects from initiation to close-out.
• Define and manage project scope, cost baselines, and schedule integration.
• Serve as primary interface between utility stakeholders and teams.
