Job summary

TWC Michigan is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial concrete construction projects in Michigan. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and executive leadership to drive projects forward and uphold TWC's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction.
• Extensive experience managing heavy concrete projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple heavy concrete construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Build strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate field operations and manpower with Superintendents.
• Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating support, and project turnover.
• Champion TWC's commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
