Acloché LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from concept to completion on site in Nashville, TN. You will ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and safety targets while coordinating clients, subs, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil PM experience, strong reading of plans, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse crews and stakeholders. Competitive salary, company truck, and robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management.
• Ability to read grading and utility plans, specs, and geotechnical info.
• Knowledge of standard earthwork equipment and site utilities.
• Extensive knowledge of safety, equipment maintenance, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Attend client/sub meetings to understand project requirements.
• Compare budget vs bid documents for alignment.
• Develop site-specific project plans.
• Inspect shop drawings, manufacturing, and installations.
• Lead subcontractors and site supervision.
• Secure permits and licenses and manage access.
• Lead overall project scheduling and milestones.
• Anticipate problems and proactively solve issues.
• Understand quantity take-offs and evaluate cut/fill.
• Lead Field Superintendents on the projects.
