Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of PM experience in an agency setting.
• Fully integrated (marketing, technical, digital) delivery experience required.
• Healthcare or pharma experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong PM methodology, risk management, and detailed planning skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client/vendor interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Act as project lead across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Define scope, draft SOWs, staff plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and creative leads to meet business requirements.
• Manage execution, track progress, obtain approvals, monitor scope, and analyze financials.
• Identify risks/issues, escalate as needed, and drive effective solutions.
• Oversee portfolio financial management and support pre-sales planning.
• Mentor junior staff.
