Job summary

BCCI Construction in Boston, MA seeks an experienced project executive to manage healthcare, life science, or core & shell construction programs. You will lead staff, coordinate owner and tenant relations, and drive on-time, on-budget project completion.

Responsibilities include reporting, meetings, subcontractor coordination, and change management. A strong background in healthcare or tenant improvements is preferred, with a proven track record of profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10-15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Healthcare, Life Science and Tenant Improvement expertise preferred.
• Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all project activity including schedules, spending and related items to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects.
• Prepares, completes or reviews all project reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Facilitates weekly project status meetings with owner, owner's rep, vendors, subcontractors and others connected with the project.
