Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex client campaigns across one or more accounts within our Promotional Medical Education team.

The Senior Project Manager will own day‑to‑day project management, build detailed plans and budgets, and partner with Account, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget. This hybrid role may be based in multiple US offices or remote within the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• 3+ years of budget development and management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day project management for campaigns from initiation through closeout.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans across multiple deliverables.
• Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing activities, and flag financial risks or scope changes early.
• Lead project meetings, manage client review and approval processes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, and resource constraints.
