Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead a portfolio of client business within our Medical capability. You will guide senior client counsel, ensure delivery excellence, and grow team capabilities across HCP-focused programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lift outcomes, manage budgets, and drive impact for pharmaceutical and biotech clients in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to lead projects with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proven track record in project management and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously lead and be accountable for a portfolio of client business.
• Accountable for the growth of team members and allocation of work.
• Provide senior client counsel and proactive solutions.
• Coach team members to push for client-aligned outcomes.
• Maintain broad client-team relationships beyond daily contact.
