Job summary

Our client seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex $700M+ correctional facility project along the Gulf Coast (Alabama/Florida). The role oversees 25+ buildings over ~700,000 sq ft with a three-year construction window, advancing to subsequent major projects.

You will guide the project leadership team across lifecycle stages. Key responsibilities include steering schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk management, while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects typically $500M+.
• Experience with prison, detention center, or secure facilities preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for a $700M+ correctional construction project.
• Oversee project operations, financial performance, P&L, cost control, scheduling, safety and quality.
• Lead a large project team including PMs, Asst PMs, Superintendents, and safety/quality staff.
• Establish execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Monitor financials, identify risks and cost impacts, and manage opportunities.
