You will collaborate with Executive Leadership, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants and ownership teams to drive successful project execution.

• 5–10 years of construction management experience.
• GC background required.
• Strong knowledge of NJ/Tri-State operations and logistics.
• Ability to lead both office and field teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling and cost reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control & buyout ownership.
• Manage CPM schedules, sequencing & two-week look-aheads.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, coordination & performance.
• Lead Project Engineers, APMs & field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders & client reporting.
• Oversee safety, quality control & compliance.
• Client-facing leadership throughout project phases.
