Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery for commercial projects from $25 to $75 million.
• Run weekly OAC meetings.
• Manage project teams including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and cost reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
