Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Project Manager II to lead capital projects at West Chester and Blue Ash sites, guiding initiatives from initiation through handover with strict budget and schedule management in a GMP setting.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, engage suppliers, and ensure successful qualification and transfer to operations, driving continuous improvement and program governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to independently lead capital or manufacturing projects from initiation through closure and handover.
• Demonstrated charter/scope definition, integrated schedule development, budget ownership, and cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams and manage budget, schedule, and risk across GMP initiatives.
• Coordinate design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities (URS/FS/DS; FAT/SAT; IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships, RFP/RFQ processes, and PMO governance through project closeout.
