Responsibilities

• Drive internal agency processes and keep teams motivated and productive.
• Collaborate with Project Planners to understand estimates and work plans.
• Coordinate with resource managers to assign Creative team members to projects.
• Use Wrike to write tasks with clear deliverables and align with Directors/Planners.
• Document next steps and client deliverables; share recaps with the team.
• Lead risk analysis and flag budget/resource/timeline issues to leadership.
