What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery of large, multi‑channel projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion
• Partner with Account and Creative leadership to build project roadmaps and delivery plans
• Responsible for forecasting resource needs to ensure the right talent is allocated to each project at the right time
• Act as the central hub of internal communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Actively participate in client meetings, representing project management interests
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation in digital PM software (Workfront experience a plus)
• Foster momentum by anticipating roadblocks, offering solutions, and keeping the team moving forward
• Communicate risks early with recommendations to leadership, while protecting timelines and quality
• Mentor junior PMs and help elevate the overall craft of project management within the agency

What You Need

• 6–8+ years in project management in a creative/marketing agency setting
• Strong grasp of creative and production workflows in a marketing/agency environment
• Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams and drive them to completion
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to flex between coach, problem solver, and advocate
• Confidence in presenting project updates and recommendations to senior clients and internal leaders
• Curiosity to ask the right questions, urgency to push projects forward, and resilience to adapt under pressure
• Comfort with digital PM tools; Workfront knowledge a plus
