Job summary

Körber Business Area Pharma is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee national and international projects in a regulated pharma software environment. You will work with C-level executives and clients, lead project planning, staffing and budgeting, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

You will drive risk management, foster knowledge transfer, and collaborate across functions to optimize processes. A BS in science or CS is required; an MBA or MS is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in science or CS required; MBA or MS preferred.
• Knowledge of MES/ERP systems architecture and business functions.
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
• PMP certification and related experience preferred.
• Ability to lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
• Experience presenting to executive sponsors and managing stakeholders.
• Influence and gain buy-in from executives and teams.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities with analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue realization for projects with the HOD, per budget and forecast.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to mature capabilities.
• Lead project planning, staffing, budgeting and execution.
• Interface with clients and staff to promote strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Manage national and international projects in a regulated industry through full lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risks and reporting.
• Develop knowledge and processes for subject matter expertise.
• Advise customers on project management and business requirements.
• Provide leadership to project teams to meet milestones and goals.
• Drive innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving across the organization.
• Support sales in identifying opportunities for upselling and new projects.
