Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or related field.
• Must complete EHS regulatory training per PSM’s Training Matrix.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of a Project Management team and oversee LTAs and transactional projects.
• Serve as a high-level Management contact to the Customer for responsiveness and performance.
• Coordinate with PSM Sales for contract or project growth opportunities beyond existing scopes.
• Forecast hardware and field services requirements towards revenue recognition.
• Provide oversight of Project Managers for LTA, Transactional, and other scopes.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting and maintain career ladder in coordination with management.
• Ensure communication of field data to engineering and maintain contract deliverables and invoicing.
