The ideal candidate will coordinate project teams, foresee and mitigate issues, and maintain strict adherence to budgets and schedules while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in building construction, engineering, architecture or related field.
• Five years of related construction/project management experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
• CAD ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of the project team to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure client requirements, program and design are coordinated.
• Manage communications, submittals, material deliveries, budgets, and schedules.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely communications to all parties.
• Support project close out and performance review with estimating and others.
