Job summary
Yates Construction seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee commercial client projects across retail, multi-family, state and federal, military, gaming and hospitality sectors. You will serve as the primary client contact, lead subcontractors, and guide major technical, cost, scheduling and quality decisions on one or more projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of commercial construction management experience required.
- Experience with medium to large projects ($20M+) required.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety culture on the project and manage field construction activities.
- Control costs and maintain profitability through project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure scope compliance and timely delivery.
- Develop and monitor project schedules; review progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- Review cost reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity improvements.
- Coordinate with architects, inspectors, and owner representatives to resolve issues.
