Job description

The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. This individual manages day‑to‑day project operations, leads and mentors Assistant Project Managers, and ensures alignment with company standards, client expectations, and contract requirements. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager drives performance across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company best practices.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager to implement project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven success managing projects in sectors such as hospitality, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale commercial work.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
