Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fisheries to join the Pacific Northwest team. You will direct multi-discipline projects, mentor staff, manage client relations, and help grow HDR's fisheries practice while upholding quality and financial discipline.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, guiding project lifecycle activities, and contributing to business development across HDR's environmental and water resources services. Travel across regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineering license (PE or equivalent) recognized by the licensing board.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; Access a plus.
• Proven leadership and business development skills; active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work on large multi-discipline projects.
• Manage client relations and engage in marketing and proposals.
• Mentor project staff and supervise large teams.
• Track budgets, schedules, and QA/QC procedures.
• Travel as needed across practice regions.
