Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Fisheries to lead multi-discipline teams on complex water-resource projects in the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee planning, design, and delivery, mentor staff, manage budgets, and strengthen client relationships across the West Coast.

Located in Washington with opportunities to travel to other HDR offices, this full-time role requires PE license, 10+ years in engineering, and a track record of successful project delivery in fisheries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with PE license preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams through full project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope across large projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
• Mentor staff and drive QA/QC and project delivery excellence.
