Job Summary

• Responsible for the management/execution of projects and program
• Manage initiatives intake process Ensure chosen projects/programs are aligned to business priorities goals and expected
• ROI Manage scope issues risks and critical path activities thru a partnership key stakeholders within Finance digital technology and other cross functional workgroups
• Create and manage integrated project schedule budget constraints and dependencies
• Track/monitor deliverables milestones and benefits are met
• Proactively manage key program activities resource requirements and projects interdependencies
• Report the performance of initiatives to the project team stakeholders and leadership
• Establish governance and actively engage stakeholders.
• Develop business case as needed.
• Coordinate activities in communication change management and training planning. UAT and IT implementation with experience from user perspective
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications -

• 5 years of solid experience project and program* management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under the umbrella of a program
• Led cross-functional of complex projects/programs greater than 2M
• Highly organized strong management skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities
• Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness
• Process improvement and/or management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations
• Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint Project and Word
